Cooking Tips

  • Use Full-Fat Greek Yogurt – It adds a creamy texture and helps keep blood sugar stable.
  • Try a Sugar Substitute – Swap maple syrup with monk fruit sweetener or erythritol for a lower-carb option.
  • Cornstarch Alternatives – Use arrowroot powder or almond flour for a grain-free version.
  • Customize the Berries – Stick to blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries, as they are lowest in sugar.
  • Chill for Best Texture – Let the yogurt bake cool completely in the fridge for a firmer consistency.
