In a large salad bowl, arrange lettuce as the base.

Add cherry tomato, avocado, corn, pumpkin seed, and feta cheese to the bowl and gently toss together until combined.

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dijon, garlic, and salt.

Drizzle dressing on top of the salad and mix together until well combined.
Top the salad with cooked chicken and sliced boiled egg. Serve and enjoy!
