Cooking Tips
Finely dice for best texture: Small, even pieces help blend flavors and make it easy to scoop or spoon.
Let it sit before serving: Resting the mix for 10–15 minutes lets the lime juice and aromatics infuse.
Customize spice level: Adjust the jalapeño to your heat preference or swap with a milder chili.
Make it ahead: Prepping a few hours in advance enhances flavour—just store it in the fridge.
Use as a topper: Try on grilled chicken, fish, tacos, eggs, or even avocado toast.
Add crunch: For extra texture, mix in cucumber or jicama just before serving.
