Ingredients

  • ½ cup radish finely diced
  • ½ cup cherry tomato finely diced
  • 1 tbsp red onion minced
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 2 tsp jalapeño minced (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp garlic minced
  • 1 tsp lime juice or more to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Combine radishes, tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, olive oil and garlic in a bowl.

  • Squeeze in lime juice and season with salt. Stir well.
