Ingredients

  • ½ cup cottage cheese small curd (for easier blending)
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic clove, minced
  • ¼ tsp pepper ground
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp dill roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp chives roughly chopped
  • 1 tsp basil roughly chopped
  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes optional

Instructions

  • Blend the cottage cheese in a food processor or blender until smooth (or leave it chunky if you prefer).
    ½ cup cottage cheese
  • Add the lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, salt, herbs and red pepper flakes (if using). Blend until well combined.
    ½ tsp lemon juice, ½ tsp garlic, ¼ tsp pepper, 1 pinch salt, 1 tsp dill, 1 tsp chives, 1 tsp basil, 1 pinch red pepper flakes
  • Let it sit for 5-10 minutes to allow flavours to meld.
