Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fava beans canned, rinsed & drained
  • 1 ½ tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp oregano dried
  • ¼ tsp thyme dried
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper ground
  • ½ lemon zested
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Parmesan cheese grated

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Pat fava beans dry with a paper towel to ensure they roast up crispy.
