In a bowl, toss the fava beans with olive oil, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well coated.

Spread the beans evenly on the prepared baking sheet and roast for 25-30 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Remove from the oven and immediately toss with lemon zest, lemon juice, and Parmesan.
