Preheat oven to 400°F.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until browned.

Add mushrooms, bell pepper, and red onion. Cook 5–7 minutes until softened and moisture evaporates.

Stir in garlic powder, Italian seasoning, pepper, and tomato sauce.

Divide mixture into 2 oven-safe bowls or ramekins.
Top with mozzarella and small spoonfuls of cottage cheese.
¼ cup mozzarella cheese, 2 tbsp cottage cheese
Bake 10–15 minutes until bubbly and lightly golden.
Finish with basil and chili flakes.
