1½cupsmixed berriesfresh or frozen; strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
2tbspmaple syrup or honey (optional)
1tspvanilla extract
1tbsplemon juice
2cupsGreek yogurtplain, 2%

Instructions
Add berries, maple syrup, vanilla, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
1½ cups mixed berries, 2 tbsp maple syrup , 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp lemon juice
Stir the berry mixture into the yogurt.
2 cups Greek yogurt
Pour into popsicle molds.
Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight.
To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
