Ingredients

  • cups mixed berries fresh or frozen; strawberries, raspberries, blueberries
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt plain, 2%

Equipment

  • Blender
  • Popsicle sticks
  • Popsicle molds

Instructions

  • Add berries, maple syrup, vanilla, and lemon juice to a blender. Blend until smooth.
    1½ cups mixed berries, 2 tbsp maple syrup , 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Stir the berry mixture into the yogurt.
    2 cups Greek yogurt
  • Pour into popsicle molds.
  • Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours, or overnight.
  • To release, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds.
