Line an 8” square baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
In a food processor, add oats, flaxseed and cinnamon. Mix until well combined and finely minced.
1 cup oats, ¼ cup flaxseed, ½ tsp cinnamon
Add in nut butter and honey. Mix until well combined and the oat mixture sticks well together.

Press oat mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
In a microwave safe bowl, heat chocolate chips and coconut oil at 30 second intervals until fully melted, mixing in between.
⅔ cup dark chocolate chips, 1 tbsp coconut oil
Pour chocolate evenly over top oat mixture. Carefully drizzle tahini on top of the chocolate layer and create swirls using a toothpick.
1 tsp tahini
Let oat bars sit in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until fully set.
Remove from the fridge, cut into even squares, and enjoy!
