1/4 cup rolled oats, 1/4 cup almond milk
  • Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey (is using), and Greek yogurt.
1 tbsp peanut butter, 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp honey
  • Stir the mixture well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
  • Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavours.

  • Garnish with chopped peanuts or a drizzle of peanut butter or serve with a side of 1/4 cup of berries, if desired.

Cooking Tips

  • Mix Thoroughly: Ensure all ingredients are well mixed to evenly distribute flavours.
  • Consistency Adjustment: If the oats are too thick in the morning, add a splash of almond milk to achieve desired consistency.
  • Layering Tip: For a layered look, add peanut butter and cocoa powder separately in layers.
  • Customization: Add your favourite toppings like fresh berries, nuts, or seeds to enhance flavour and nutrition.
  • Meal Prep: Prepare multiple jars at once to have a quick and easy breakfast ready for several days.
