In a mason jar or a small bowl, combine the rolled oats, chia seed, and unsweetened almond milk.

Add the peanut butter, cocoa powder, honey (is using), and Greek yogurt.

Stir the mixture well until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
Cover the jar or bowl and refrigerate overnight (or for at least 4 hours) to allow the oats to soften and absorb the flavours.
In the morning, give the oats a good stir and enjoy them cold, or heat them up in the microwave for a warm breakfast.
Garnish with chopped peanuts or a drizzle of peanut butter or serve with a side of 1/4 cup of berries, if desired.
