Cooking Tips

Quality Smoked Salmon:
Look for wild-caught or responsibly sourced options for the best taste and nutritional value.
Thinly Sliced Salmon:
Opt for thinly sliced smoked salmon to ensure easy wrapping around the cucumber slices without overpowering the bite.
Removing Excess Moisture:
Pat the cucumber slices dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture. This prevents the bites from becoming too watery.
