Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
In a bowl, toss halved radishes with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until well coated.
1½ cups radish, 1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp smoked paprika, ¼ tsp thyme, ⅛ tsp salt, ¼ tsp pepper
Spread on the prepared baking sheet, cut side down.
Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden, tender, and caramelized at the edges.
Immediately sprinkle with Parmesan while hot so it slightly melts.

Finish with chopped parsley, dill, or a touch of lemon zest for brightness, if desired.
