Ingredients

For the Salmon Salad:

  • 5 oz salmon canned, drained
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 lime juiced
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ tsp chili powder
  • ¼ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp cumin
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • 1 green onion finely sliced
  • ¼ tsp hot sauce optional

For the Wraps:

  • 4 leaves lettuce butter lettuce or romaine
  • ½ avocado sliced
  • 1 jalapeño small, thinly sliced (optional)

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, combine the drained canned salmon, Greek yogurt, lime juice, Dijon mustard, chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, black pepper, cilantro, and green onion. Mix well until fully combined.
