  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground
  • 1 pinch nutmeg ground

Instructions

  • Set your oven to 200°F (95°C).
  • Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Using a mandoline or a sharp knife, slice the apples crosswise into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick. Remove any seeds.
