Cooking Tips

  • Blending the ingredients: Ensure a smooth consistency by blending the strawberries and lemon thoroughly until no large pieces remain.
  • Muddling the basil: Gently muddle the basil leaves in the glasses before adding the ice and lemonade to infuse the drink with fresh basil flavor without turning the leaves into tiny bits that might be unpleasant to drink.
  • Straining the mixture: Using a fine-mesh sieve to strain the lemonade will remove seeds and excess pulp, making the drink smoother and more enjoyable.
