Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries hulled and halved
  • 1 cup pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup apple chunks
  • Wooden skewers soaked in water for 30 minutes

For the marinade:

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp cinnamon ground

For the yogurt dip:

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt plain
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional garnish:

  • mint fresh leaves, chopped

Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice and cinnamon to make the marinade.

  • Thread the strawberries, pineapple, and apple onto the soaked wooden skewers, alternating the fruits.

  • Place the skewers on the preheated grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until the fruits are lightly charred and caramelized.
  • While the fruit is grilling, prepare the yogurt dip by mixing the Greek yogurt, honey and vanilla extract in a small bowl.

  • Serve the grilled fruit kabobs warm with the yogurt dip on the side.
