Ingredients

  • 1 cup ricotta cheese part-skim
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt plain
  • 2 tbsp basil fresh leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 1 cup strawberries sliced
  • 4 slices bread whole wheat or sourdough

Instructions

  • To a food processor or a mixing bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, Greek yogurt, basil, honey, vanilla extract, and lime juice. Pulse or stir the mixture until well combined.
